Between them, the vendors offer well over 400 dishes which means that there’s something for absolutely everyone – from a revolving cheese and wine bar to a Nashville-style chicken restaurant – they’ve got it all.
We’re excited to introduce you to its newest food vendor, expanding GPO’s food offering to even more corners of the world – Sawadee Thai!
Sawadee Thai is a small kitchen that pays great attention to food quality – you can expect two things as standard when you visit – fresh ingredients and authentic Thai preparation methods which will transport your taste buds making you feel like you’re actually in Thailand.
Stand out dishes include;
King Prawn Tom Yum Soup
If you’re a lover of Thai food, you’ll be well accustomed to Tom Yum, Thailand’s most popular hot & sour soup. Sawadee Thai’s generously spicy broth, with mushrooms, tomatoes, lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves is garnished with fresh coriander and is just the dish to kick off your meal.
Panang Kung
You can never go wrong with this dish – deep fried battered king prawns in a sweet and peanutty penang sauce, absolutely delicious and perfect as a starter or as a small sharer.
Pineapple Fried Rice
Fluffy pineapple fried rice, served with bite-size pieces of chicken, king prawn and squid, served in a whole pineapple, topped with cashew nuts – it looks and tastes just as good as it sounds!
