Today we have officially announced The Liverpool Food Hall and Bar, GPO, will be coming to Metquarter this Spring. Located on the Victoria Street entrance adjoining Everyman Cinema, GPO is set to be one of Liverpool’s biggest food halls in the city.
Offering a wide variety of cuisines from across the globe GPO will be championing independent regional vendors and we’re excited to announce the current confirmed operators who will be opening include, Bullion Craft Bean Café, Restaurant Konjo, Jail Bird Nashville Fired Chicken, Patty B’s Burgers, Thai 25, Dirty Herb Vegan Chicken and Bubble Tea.
GPO is a nod to the former use of the building as Liverpool’s head Post Office and will be a hub for Liverpool’s emerging Food Hall scene showcasing the best up-and-coming food and drink talent in the city. Visitors will be able to order food from any vendor directly to their table from their phone, with loyalty points being given on each purchase. Payment will be made through the app, which also provides a full delivery and click and collect service.
